Co-Founder

VALERIE BORCHERS

Valerie has 8+ years of CFO experience working primarily with high-growth start-up organizations. She currently works at KSM helping over 130 companies with their financial and strategic objectives. Valerie has helped start 10+ companies from the ground up with several of them making the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies list. She has also previously led finance, human resources, and operations for a manufacturing operation. Valerie graduated from Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne with a bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Co-Founder

RYAN BORCHERS

Ryan has worked in the waste management industry for 20+ years starting as a residential waste driver in 1999 and advancing into leadership positions where he oversaw operations

and 100+ staff in the Fort Wayne and Grand Rapids area. Ryan and Valerie have an entrepreneurial spirit, co-founding a business in 2017 and selling their share to partners in 2022. Ryan has a bachelor's degree from Indiana Tech with a double major in Business Management and Human Resources.
